About DCV Plant Hire
DCV Plant Hire was started by David Venn in July 2001 just working out the back of a van and primarily based around agricultural equipment. As the business grew Dave rented units on a couple of different farm yards in the area and invested in a couple of small items of plant, a small lorry and took on one employee to help with the deliveries and collections. By 2012 we had re-located to The Powerhouse on Finedon Road Industrial Estate which is where the business continues to run from today with a total of 20 employees. Our location means that we are centrally based with very close connections to the M1, A45 and A14.
